Frequently Asked Questions
Check-in is possible between 15:00 and 19:00. Please contact us 30 minutes before your arrival so we can give you access to the house. If you would like to check in later, please contact us in advance to discuss the possibilities.
Yes, early check-in is possible upon request and depending on availability. You can use the house and all associated facilities from 10:00 AM. The standard check-in time is after 15:00. The cost for early check-in is €35, payable upon arrival since we do not have a payment terminal. Please contact us in advance to check the availability of this option.
On your check-out day, we kindly ask you to check out before 10:00 AM. Let us know the time you wish to check out so we can perform the house and garden inspection. After the inspection, we will refund your deposit, provided no damage is found.
If anything was broken or damaged during your stay, please report it at check-out. Close all doors and windows before you leave, remove all bed linens and towels, and leave them under the stairs.
Dispose of all your waste in the bins next to the gate at the entrance and exit. If you have used the jacuzzi, please turn off the main switch after your last use. Place all dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.
If you brought pets, please ensure the house and garden are left clean for the next guests.
Yes, late check-out is possible upon request and depending on availability. This allows you to stay until 19:00 and enjoy the house and its facilities. The standard check-out time is by 10:00 AM. The cost for late check-out is €35. Please contact us in advance to check availability for this option.
The house accommodates up to 6 guests, with an option for a 7th guest using a luxury folding bed. The cost for the extra guest is €20 per night, including additional towels.
Yes, you may bring up to 2 pets at no extra charge. Please note the garden is not fenced. Clean the house and garden upon departure, and you will receive your deposit back if there is no damage.
Tourist tax is €2.51 per person per night and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
We will contact you approximately 1 week before your stay with access details.
The deposit is €150, payable in cash at check-in. It will be refunded if no damage is found at check-out.
You are not allowed to charge your car at the house. This is because the power cables in the house and in the ground are not suitable for the high current throughput needed to charge cars. This can cause a fire in the meter box and cause significant damage. Should it still be found that an attempt was made to charge the car, access to the house will be denied immediately, and any damages will be recovered from the guests.
However, there are public charging stations available in the area where you can safely charge your car.
- No, the house is exclusively for vacation stays and may not be used for work or other purposes.
- Yes, a bike rental shop is located directly opposite the holiday park entrance. We recommend Camping De Duinpan for bike rentals.

Yes, you can use the jacuzzi in the garden. The cost is €60 entry plus €15 per night. This includes fresh water, extra towels, and daily maintenance.
Please note that only Palace Noordwijk has a jacuzzi, so Chateau Noordwijk does not have a jacuzzi.
We charge an extra fee to use the jacuzzi. The cost is €60 entrance plus €15 per night that you want to use the jacuzzi.
With this extra fee, you get:
- Fresh water
- Extra towels
- Daily maintenance and cleaning
The jacuzzi is available daily from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Payment must be made in cash, as we do not have a payment terminal.
