House rules in our vacation homes

Check in

Arrival time: 15:00 – 20:00

Check-in is possible between 15:00 and 19:00. On request there is sometimes the possibility for an early check-in, so that you can enjoy the house and facilities as early as 10:00 am. The cost for this is €35, payable on arrival, as we do not have an ATM. Please contact us in advance to discuss the availability of this option so that we can prepare everything properly for you.

Please let us know in advance what time you expect to arrive so we can make sure that one of our team members will be there to personally welcome you, hand over the keys, and provide you with all the information about the vacation home and the beautiful surroundings.

Check-out must be done before 10:00 am on the day of departure. We kindly ask you to dispose of all trash in the containers, leave linens and towels under the stairs downstairs, and make sure the house is left clean.

On request, there is sometimes the possibility of a late check-out, which allows you to continue to enjoy the house and its facilities until 19:00. The cost for this is €35, payable on departure. Please contact us in advance to discuss the availability of late check-out so we can arrange this for you.

Upon arrival, we require a deposit of €150, which you must pay in cash, as we do not have an ATM. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out, provided that the house and garden have been left in good condition and clean, and no damage has been found. Should anything be broken or damaged during your stay, we ask that you report it at check-out. After checking the house and garden, you will receive the deposit back.

The tourist tax is €2.45 per person per night. This tax must be paid in cash upon arrival as we do not have an ATM machine. The amount of the tourist tax is set by the municipality and may be subject to change. For the most current tourist tax rates, please visit this site watch.

Pets are welcome with us. You may bring a maximum of 2 pets at no extra cost. We do ask that you make sure that the house and garden are left clean upon departure so that our next guests are not inconvenienced. Please also note that the garden is not fenced, so please make sure your pets are always safe and do not cause a nuisance to other guests.

We ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the vacation park by being quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.

The minimum age to check in is 18 years old

Smoking is not allowed in the accommodations. We kindly ask that you smoke outside so that we can keep the accommodations clean and fresh for all guests.

It is not allowed to charge electric cars at the property. Due to the limited capacity of the electrical grid in the vacation park, charging vehicles can lead to overloading and fire hazards. For the safety of all guests, we kindly request that you use the designated charging stations. If charging does occur through Palace, full damages will be recovered.

Parties and gatherings are not permitted. If plans for parties or large gatherings are found upon check-in, access to the accommodation will be blocked immediately.

Barbecuing is not allowed due to the risk of fire hazard and to avoid inconvenience to other park guests. We kindly ask you to keep this in mind and respect the safety and comfort of all guests.

After payment, your booking is final and non-refundable. It is important to note that refunds are not possible regardless of the reason for cancellation. For detailed information about our cancellation and payment policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.

  • Shower before use.
  • Maximum of 4 people in the Jacuzzi.
  • Maximum 20 minutes of use per person.
  • Maximum 38 degrees Celsius.
  • No eating and drinking in the Jacuzzi.
  • Always use swimwear.
  • Use the stairs to get into the Jacuzzi.
  • Use by children only under adult supervision.
  • No shower/bath products in the Jacuzzi (such as soap and shampoo).
  • No toys in the Jacuzzi.
  • No diving and jumping in the Jacuzzi.
  • After use, put lid on jacuzzi.
  • Do not sit on the lid of the Jacuzzi.
  • For long hair, a hair elastic should be used.
  • To be used only between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
  • Do not cause noise pollution.
  • Do not use any electrical props within 150 cm of the Jacuzzi.
  • Do not use during thunderstorms.
  • Not to be used by persons with infectious diseases.
  • If you are pregnant, we recommend that you consult a doctor before using the Jacuzzi.
